I gave 5 stars because to Hampton Inn Potomac Mills because: 1) Room was tidy, well kept, and welcoming. 2) Front desk was very courteous and immediately handed me a "water courtesy" bag as I headed towards my room. 3) Location was easy to get to (as long as your GPS doesn't act up!).
Great place to stay. Comfortable beds. Close to the highway. Great stopping point after getting through DC. Really helpful and attentive staff! Shout out for Adeel for helping manage through what could have been a tough parking situation.
Stayed here last night on the way to the auto train. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. Everyone here was very pleasant & helpful. Also had one of the better hotel breakfasts, everything was hot & fresh which is unusual for a Monday morning.
Dakota was exceptional, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Customer service is great, the rooms are extremely clean as well. Overall a great stay and highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Easy access to I-95. New hotel. Rooms clean if a bit sparse. No clock, no coffeemaker. Breakfast plentiful. I don't care for the on the wall squeeze bottles of soap etc.
A nice Hampton Inn in Woodbridge, VA. Tucked away from busy streets however is close to some restaurants for having dinner / lunch. We were able to take advantage of the exercise facilities and breakfast in the morning. Staff was helpful and rooms are nice and clean.
Pleasant and Relaxing Stay We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a peaceful location surrounded by trees, and the fresh breeze made our arrival feel refreshing and calm. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we felt welcome. The hallways and elevators were clean and well-kept. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We appreciated being offered two complimentary water bottles at check-in. The beds were clean and just fine for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was basic with limited options, but it had the essentials you'd expect in a morning meal. Overall, this is a great spot to stop if you’re passing through. Quiet surroundings, clean rooms, and warm service — definitely recommend it!
